Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Relations Assistant based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships with community members and stakeholders, representing the company at community events, assisting in the planning and execution of events, providing customer service to address community needs, and supporting the overall community engagement strategy. The role will involve regular communication with various team members and external partners to foster collaboration and uphold the company's image.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse community members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Community Relations and Customer Service to address needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience or skills in Event Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of events
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with public relations, nonprofit organizations, or community-focused roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Interest in Padel, Sports, lifestyle, culture and healthcare
