Job Description:

  • Lead the Marketing team to boost the exposure and raise the awareness of company brand.
  • Directly responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications programs that will result in generating sales leads to grow the customers' base.
  • Develop & maintain a multimedia presentation kit to support the sales force in conducting professional presentations.
  • Maintain an updated competitor information and analysis database.
  • Manage the Marketing budget, control expenditure and report on a monthly basis.
  • Track and report on all marketing activities undertaken on a monthly basis.
  • Provide regular, high quality communications to existing, potential and internal customers.
  • Develop and implement an advertising/sponsorship policy and develop a measurement tool to assess the ROI .

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years (preferably in B2B industry) experience in marketing communication, organizing & leading a marketing collateral production process and new product launch/special events.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication, Mass Communication or Public Relation.
  • Advanced Computer literacy in Microsoft Words and Powerpoint and basic design graphics skills.
  • Having good knowledge in advertising, promotion, public relations, media relations, marketing research & marketing intelligence (competitor analysis).
  • Strong communications, strong presentation & strong writing skills with basic copy writing skills preferably
  • Proficient in written & spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal skill, self-disciplined & good appearance, mature, highly motivated, great leadership & proactive.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and to meet many projects deadline in the same time.
  • Willing to work during some weekends for some special events/sponsorships/ projects to be arranged & attended.
