About the role

Join PT Samsung SDS Global SCL Indonesia, part of Samsung Group Global focusing in freight forwarding and logistics industry, as a Freight Forwarding Operation (PPJK Certified) professional. This full-time role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, and will be an integral part of our dynamic operations team.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end freight forwarding process, including shipment planning, documentation, and customer coordination
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods by liaising with carriers, customs, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and database of freight movements and costs
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the freight forwarding process
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve freight forwarding operations

What we're looking for

  • PPJK certification is a MUST HAVE requirement
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, documentation, and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
