Jobdesc:

  • Analyze customer requirements and conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for Freight Forwarding projects.

  • Evaluate operational, regulatory, and business aspects to ensure proposed solutions are viable and sustainable.

  • Design tailored Freight Forwarding solutions that integrate customer needs, operational capacity, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to validate and implement proposed solutions and quotation.

  • Ensure all logistics solutions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency improvements within Freight Forwarding operations.

  • Monitor market trends and industry innovations to recommend competitive and up-to-date solutions.

  • Document best practices and share technical knowledge with internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in Pricing or Operations in a Freight Forwarding or Shipping Company

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding is a must.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and design customized logistics solutions.

  • Proficient in using logistics management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to support strategic solution development.

  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple customization projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Good understanding of international shipping procedures (export/import), freight terms (incoterms), and basic knowledge of freight rate structure

  • Detail-oriented, fast-responding, and able to work under tight deadlines.
