We are supporting our client, a rapidly growing company in the healthcare solutions and services industry, in hiring a Corporate Sales professional to accelerate their business development initiatives and strengthen corporate partnerships. This role is ideal for candidates with solid B2B sales experience and a strong network across corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients while nurturing strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Build, manage, and convert a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account management plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery for corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Leverage existing networks to open doors and expand long-term corporate partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and business reports to support client engagement and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or commercial experience, preferably within healthcare, laboratory services, insurance/insurtech, or related industries.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
- Strong professional network and high personal credibility within the corporate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Agile, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and target-driven mindset.
- Basic English proficiency for communications and reporting.
