Role Overview
Sebagai Business, Sales & Solutions Manager, Anda akan memimpin tim sales dan solution engineering untuk menghasilkan proyek baru dan merancang solusi AMR yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap pelanggan industri. Anda akan berperan sebagai penghubung utama antara customer, vendor robot, dan tim proyek internal.
Key Responsibilities
• Memimpin tim Sales dan Solutions Engineer dalam kegiatan prospek, site survey, dan pembuatan proposal.
• Mengembangkan pipeline penjualan dan memastikan pencapaian target bulanan & tahunan.
• Melakukan analisis kebutuhan pelanggan, kemudian menerjemahkannya menjadi solusi teknis dan komersial.
• Meninjau dan menyetujui desain layout, estimasi throughput, dan quotation.
• Berkoordinasi dengan Project & Operations Manager untuk handover project yang telah disetujui.
• Menjaga hubungan dengan principal/vendor AMR, mengikuti update teknologi, training, dan sertifikasi.
• Mengawasi pembuatan dashboard, integrasi MES, dan software customer-facing (bila terkait dengan solusi).
• Menyusun strategi market expansion, pricing, dan positioning produk.
Qualifications
• Minimal S1 Teknik (Elektro, Mekatronika, Industri, atau setara).
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang automation / robotics / industrial system integration.
• Memahami dasar material handling, layout design, throughput calculation, dan ROI analysis.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan leadership yang kuat.
• Mampu membuat dan mempresentasikan proposal teknis dan komersial kepada klien industri.
• Fasih berbahasa Inggris, dan familiar dengan partner/vendor dari Tiongkok adalah nilai tambah.
