Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimal 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English, Chinese is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
  • Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Handle daily finance operations such as invoice processing, petty cash management, reimbursement, and cash advance administration.
  • Assist in bank account opening and maintain proper documentation related to banking activities.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory filings and ensuring all compliance submissions are accurate and on time.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documents and assisting with audit schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
  • Assist in ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as assigned to support overall department goals.
