About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including journal entries, bookkeeping, calculating tax, and payroll. You will handle bank reconciliations, maintain general ledgers, and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing the daily financial operations including journal entries, accounts Ppayable, and payroll.
  2. Responsible for Bank reconciliations.
  3. General ledger maintenance,Bookkeeping and  balance sheet reconciliations.
  4. Input and maintain files and documents in accordance (Invoice, Account Payable/Receivable, Porting Tax, and etc).
  5. Preparing and calculating tax data for Income Tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Pasal 4 ayat 2).
  6. Prepare list of payment requests.
  7. Manage proof of payments.
  8. Arrange and manage documents.

What we're looking for

  1. Min. education is Bachelor Degree (Accounting or Economics major is an advantage) — Open for female applicants.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  3. Proficient in accounting software (Accurate).
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  5. Good command of English both oral and written.
  6. Having good knowledge in administration and finance.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft office.
  8. Ability to work under pressure, target and deadline.
  9. Ability to work in detail, discipline, creative, well organized.
  10. Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta
