Accounting Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities :


• Check and verify daily store revenue, deposits, and cash collection.


• Review and record store expenses (rent, utilities, staff, marketing, etc.).


• Manage petty cash and reimbursement process.


• Support asset and inventory checks.


• Help with accounting processes, reporting, and local tax filing.


• Support audit preparation and compliance with company policies.


• Ensure financial and tax compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Requirements :


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.


• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, with good English or Chinese communication skills.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting (retail experience preferred).


• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax rules.


• Skilled in Microsoft Office and OA systems.


• Accounting certifications are a plus.
