We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented
Finance & Accounting Specialist
to support our financial operations across the manufacturing and retail divisions. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial reporting and control activities.

Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily transactions, including general ledger, AP/AR, and cash flow.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Coordinate with operations and management to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Contribute to the improvement of systems, processes, and reporting standards.
  • Other Finance, Accounting and Administration duties that need to be fulfilled

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting or Finance
    .
  • 2–3 years of experience
    in finance and accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    and accounting software (
    SAP / Accurate / ERP
    ).
  • Meticulous, analytical, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
  • Added advantage if familiar with:
  • Manufacturing cycle:
    inventory, costing, COGM/COGS, fixed assets.
  • Retail cycle:
    sales, cash management, AP/AR, store expenses.
