IT Data Management Specialist

Bussan Auto Finance is seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented IT Data Management Specialist to join our IT Operation Division. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our database systems operate efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing databases across development, testing, and production environments. You will perform performance analysis and tuning, manage database objects, install and configure systems, and execute upgrades as needed. You will also handle database backup and restore processes, implement security procedures, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any database issues. Regular reporting and coordination with vendors and principals are also key parts of this role.
The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Informatics, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and at least 5 years of experience in database administration. Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL is essential, along with a strong understanding of Windows Server and Linux OS, and data integration tools such as SSIS. Experience with Python is considered a plus. Active English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are required.
