Job Description

1. Understand the contract and delivery scope specification of Testing and Commission requirements.

2. Have engineering experience regarding the products related with Chiller, Cooling tower, Pump, Air handling Unit, Direct-expansion PAC, Thermo tank, Chilled water system, Duct system, etc.

3. Responsible mechanical product specification and clarification, to ensure product specifications document clear and correct in contract signing stage

4. Support and supervise subcontractor to complete mechanical shop drawing design and equipment installation, test and commission and obtain the certification from the customer or authority.

5.  Responsible for developing mechanical equipment installation design, implementation, inspection, and test documentation, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract design and construction drawing with design institute or consultant.

6. Responsible for supporting mechanical equipment procurement to guarantee the mechanical equipment complying requirement.

  1. Client and Subcontractor side mechanical technical management and communication as mechanical specialist.

  2. Shop drawing review and material submittals technical specification review.

  3. Mechanical technical support and proposal preparation.

  4. On-site support implementation, testing and commissioning proposal preparation.

  5. Review and provide feedback and guidance on Uptime test script for Uptime TCCF, provide feedback and necessary modifications (if any) to ensure Uptime TCCF.

  6. Weekly presentation and report and record preparation.

Requirement

  1. Education/Certifications: HVAC/ACMV major or technical background regarding Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning.
  2. More than 5+ year's Data Center MEP facility construction, design and implementation technical experience.
  3. Have a basic command of the design principles of the air conditioning water system, air system, and smoke exhaust system.
  4. Have strong theoretical knowledge of heat transfer and air conditioning. Be able to independently complete CFD simulation and solve related problems.
  5. Be able to design and draw HVAC systems.
  6. Familiar with the local mechanical technical standards, construction acceptance regulation, test methodology, and certification application process of Indonesia.
  7. With 1000+ sqm data center white space mechanical technical construction experience.
  8. Language: Fluent English and Indonesian, and Chinese preferred
  9. Professional certifications from third parties (optional)

a.  ATD(Accredited Tier Designer)by UPTIME Institute

b.  CDCP(Certified Data Centre Professional)by EPI.
