1. Supervise a team of technicians responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems (basic troubleshooting), HVAC systems (temperature, humidity monitoring), and fire suppression systems (functional checks)
2. Ensure technicians follow preventative maintenance schedules, perform routine inspections, and promptly report any potential issues
3. Collaborate with the Facility Lead and vendors to address complex technical problems and coordinate repairs
4. Assist the Facility Lead with optimizing data center operations, focusing on efficient resource utilization and adherence to energy saving initiatives
5. Monitor key environmental metrics like temperature, humidity, and power consumption to ensure optimal performance of the data center environment
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the data center
