Sales Manager – Modern Luxury Wellness

A Bali-based modern luxury wellness brand specialising in premium saunas, ice baths, and plunge pools for both residential and commercial clients is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a growing team, drive business expansion, and ensure revenue targets and performance KPIs are consistently achieved.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven sales leader with a deep understanding of luxury and wellness markets. You thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and creating strategies that drive sustainable business growth. With a proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales, you are comfortable engaging high-net-worth individuals, resort owners, property developers, and wellness industry partners.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in luxury goods, wellness, design, or high-end consumer products.
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C environments, with experience managing premium clientele.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience training and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and digital communication platforms.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
- Passionate about wellness, design, and sustainability, with an appreciation for craftsmanship and detail.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and client satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across both B2C (high-net-worth individuals) and B2B (resorts, villas, developers, and wellness centers) segments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closing.
- Analyse sales data, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimise conversion rates and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, digital outreach, and lead-generation efforts.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build visibility and trust.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, including revenue forecasts and sales performance analysis.
