A leading aesthetic and wellness clinic in Bali is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven record of managing high-end wellness, hospitality, or aesthetic businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve performance excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational targets.
  • Maintain the highest standards of client experience and service quality.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and partnership development.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, safety, and health regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, spa, or aesthetic industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
