Kami mencari seorang E-commerce Operations & Inventory Coordinator yang akan bertanggung jawab atas entri data produk, mengelola stok di seluruh toko dan marketplace online, serta menjaga akurasi sistem menggunakan Jubelio. Posisi ini sangat penting untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok Batik Arnawarna selalu terkontrol dan sinkron di semua channel penjualan.


Tanggung Jawab
  • Melakukan entri dan pembaruan data produk secara akurat ke dalam Jubelio dan upload ke marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram dll).
  • Mengelola dan sinkronisasi stok di seluruh toko Batik Arnawarna dan channel online melalui Jubelio.
  • Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi secara rutin untuk memastikan keakuratan data produk dan stok di Jubelio.
  • Menangani integrasi marketplace melalui Jubelio dan menyelesaikan kendala sinkronisasi.
  • Membuat laporan penjualan dan stok dari Jubelio untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan.
  • Membantu dalam stock opname di seluruh toko dan gudang agar kesesuaian stok fisik dan sistem terjaga.
  • Membantu pelaporan, pengarsipan, dan tugas administratif lainnya sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim penjualan dan tim toko agar operasional berjalan lancar.

Kualifikasi
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang data entry, e-commerce, atau administrasi.
  • Pengalaman menggunakan sistem Jubelio sangat diutamakan.
  • Menguasai komputer; mahir Microsoft Excel dan familiar dengan marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, dll).
  • Teliti, detail, dan rapi dalam mengelola data produk maupun stok.
  • Mampu multitasking dan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang cepat.
  • Komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia (Bahasa Inggris dasar menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Jujur, bertanggung jawab, serta mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.
