We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Horizon's F&B brand as store operations for our Shopee store.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Shopee store, including product setup, order processing, stock, pricing, and customer service.
  • This role ensures smooth execution of all operational activities in alignment with the campaign strategy set by the E-Commerce team (JKAE and Manager)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) preferred.
  • Experienced in e-commerce operations or online store management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Shopee Seller Centre (vouchers, campaigns, chat, order management).
  • Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and time management.
  • Basic understanding of content and visual optimization for product listings.
  • Familiar with Shopee Analytics and performance dashboards.
  • Teamwork-savvy and good communication skills.
