Merchandiser For Footwear

Job Descriptions:

• Support and assist the Buying Manager in evaluating merchandise performance, including sales, inventory levels, and slow-moving items.
• Conduct regular analysis of product performance and provide insights to optimize assortment and stock efficiency.
• Plan and execute merchandise clearance strategies to achieve sales and inventory targets.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Store Operations to ensure proper product display, stock management, and execution of promotional and clearance programs.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores and ensure the right product allocation based on demand and store potential.
• Maintain up to date product data, pricing, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Prepare and present merchandise performance reports to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in merchandising, preferably from fashion retail industry and handle footwear
• Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense.
• Strong coordination & interpersonal skill.
• Fluent in English & computer literate.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
