Warehouse Material Handling Operation Operator

Job Qualifications:

• Minimal Senior High School / Chemical High School
• Minimum 2 year experiences as Warehouse Operator in chemical plant.
• Basic understanding in work safety and process safety of chemical manufacturing.
• Able to operate diesel forklift and reach truck, owning SIO Forklift would be advantages.
• Hard worker, discipline, good communication skills, honest, good interpersonal skills.
• Checks, controls, receives all incoming raw materials from overseas (intermediates, crude dyestuff, dispersing agents, additives, etc) appropriated to delivery note and packing list from suppliers, sample taking, placing internal labels, storing into storage rack bins.
• Prepares, arranges, delivers all required material supplies and hands over to production appropriated to Transfer Orders and signs the transfer document.
• Deeply involves in regular inventory cycle counting and annual stock count to guarantee stock accuracy.
• Implements K3 (Health & Safety), 5S (Seiri Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke).

Job Descriptions:

• Incoming materials handling

Checks, controls, receives all incoming raw materials from overseas (intermediates, crude dyestuff, dispersing agents, additives, etc) as well from local including packaging and fuel appropriated to delivery note and packing list from suppliers. This includesdetailed material name, batch number, quantity, P.O number & quality in actual compared to documents & SAP. Handles all materials carefully and safely starting from unloading, sample taking until storing them into the dedicated storage bins. Applies two-way match between actual loaded material and SAP system.

• Picking up and transferring Semi-Finished Goods materials

Checks, maintains, arranges and executes Semi-Finished Goods material pick up from Synthesis production and transfers it into main raw material warehouse appropriated with Transfer Order and MIGO transaction in SAP.

• Serving raw material delivery to Synthesis Production

Prepares, checks, arranges and delivers required intermediates and raw materials to Synthesis Production appropriated to Transfer Order starting from picking up accurately from dedicated bins, material no, material description, batch no, correct quantity by weighing, pasting with correct label, good and tight packing and stacking condition, and handing over to Production in timely manner with 4-eyes principle and signing transferred material document.

• Break bulking of material

Splits 2 or 3 consolidated jumbo bags of incoming raw materials in dedicated area using hoist crane - step ladder and re-palletizing it into wooden standard pallet, re-packes, wraps, repallets and ropes the material if necessary. Seggregates, stores the divided jumbo bag of raw material with wooden pallet into reserved rack storage bin appropriated to transfer posting order and chemical seggregation guidelines.

• Following work instructions and SOP

Follows and works under the guidance of Warehouse Manager, Supervisor or Foreman to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner appropriated to SOP. Creates daily report of all activities related to intermediates, raw materials, packaging goods movement accurately.

• Daily controlling of warehouse equipment

Implements daily PDCA (Plan, Do Check and Action) for forklifts (diesel and electric), truck, etc as preventive maintenance in order to minimize potential down time of that equipment.

• Work Safety and Process Safety

Follows established work safety and process safety regulations to prevent potential nearmisses, work incidents and accidents.

• Safety & Cleanliness

Maintains, controls, records and reports all housekeeping, safety and hygiene duties of Warehouse area following the implementation of 5S standards.
