Role Description

Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC):

  • Plan and monitor production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure material availability and prevent production delays.
  • Control WIP and finished goods to meet delivery targets.
  • Improve lead time, production capacity, and efficiency.

Material Control:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
  • Monitor MRP and ensure timely material requisitions.
  • Track all material movements and update data in ERP/SAP system.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory accuracy.
  • Apply FIFO/FEFO methods and maintain proper storage practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in material planning, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with suppliers and production teams
  • Proficiency in using material management software and tools
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or industry
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
