Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan di PPIC meliputi proses perencanaan dan pengendalian bahan baku dan kebutuhan restaurant
  • Perencanaan dan pengawasan stok inventory yang akurat baik secara system ESB dan fisik
  • Membuat forecast produksi
  • Membuat laporan pergerakan stok inventory
  • Bertanggung jawab menjaga ontime delivery sesuai target
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap stok opname
