Triguna Mandala was established in We rapidly grew from a trader specializing in instrumentation and control to become a company who provides solutions and services in mechanical and electrical for a wide range of products; such as, Turbogenerator, AVR, Process Control System, Fire & Gas System, Field Instrument, Thermal Solution, Valves, RTU, Screw Pumps, and many others.  Our customers spread from Petrochemical/Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation to Mining industries.  We started our office based in Jakarta and then expanded to Surabaya, Balikpapan, Bontang as well as Pekan Baru. We currently open a position for :

WORKSHOP OPERATOR

(Based in Tangerang)

Job Description :

  1. Operate workshop machinery and equipment (CNC machines, lathes, grinding machine, lapping machine, drills, etc.) to manufacture products or components.

  2. Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper calibration.

  3. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols while performing tasks.

  4. Perform routine inspection. maintenance, and minor repairs on workshop machinery to ensure proper and safe operation.

  5. Work with team members to ensure timely and efficient production and quality control.

  6. Ensure that the workshop is kept clean and organized.

  7. Report and document production details, including material used, output, working hour, progress, and issues during production / machining process.

  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance workflow efficiency.

  9. Willing to travel to sites for on-site service jobs.

Job Qualification :

  1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

  2. Proficiency in setting up, operating, and performing routine maintenance on 3-axis CNC milling machines & Lathe machine is mandatory

  3. Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

  4. Proficiency in creating, modifying, and optimizing complete CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).

  5. Understanding how to select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and workholding devices (chucks, collets) for different materials (metals, plastics, etc.), and calculating optimal speeds and feeds

  6. Expertise in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges to perform quality control checks and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

  7. Ability to operate various workshop machinery and tools is a plus.

  8. Strong attention to detail and precision in handling production tasks.

  9. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

  10. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.

  11. Basic knowledge of workshop safety practices and protocols.

  12. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  13. Previous experience working in a workshop or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

  14. Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
