What You Can Expect As Junior Operational Excellence Manager.
Reporting to : Head of SCM SEA
Role Purpose Statement

  • 5S program is implemented in all area Siegwerk Indonesia (Tangerang, Surabaya)
  • Roll out the process & people excellence in production & Warehouse Logistic & other SCM related department
  • Optimization and standardization of production and process technology of ink manufacturing, which is applied in the world-wide manufacturing facilities from scale-up to commercial manufacture
  • Capability building development within SCM.
  • Continuous Improvement culture & program roll out for all SCM related area.
  • Build up 5S cultures, lead the Workshop, doing the regularly audit
  • Training & Audit 5S in all SCM area.
  • Lead RCA related productivity, FTG, Material loss, and performance management.
  • CAPA monitoring for all RCA related productivity, FTG, Material loss.
  • Evaluation of efficiencies, effectiveness and productivity of Man Power in Production, Quality, Warehouse/Logistic and SCM Back office.
  • Evaluation of Material loss & Process production in each Ink Type/Family/classes in coordination with Process Engineer.
  • Evaluation of Material Management & Inventory Management in Warehouse.
  • Evaluation of Logistic Management & Logistic cost.
  • Develop OE culture in Siegwerk Indonesia following Regional Asia framework.
  • Support optimization of industrialization / scale-up procedures from pilot installations to production facilities.
  • Review implementation of standards for machines as well as standard for the machine and process operation.
  • Continuously improvement project in production flow.
  • Continuously improvement project in Process production to eliminate the waste and increasing the product's quality.
  • Rolling out the continuously improvement project in warehouse logistic area.
  • Capability building development executor for SCM area including skill matrix development & update.
  • Workload study & analysis.
  • Achievement of productivity & cost target in ID & SEA region.
  • Proven of process & people improvement.
  • Proven continuous Program improvement.
  • Implementation of 5S, HSE, and ISO procedures in site.

Qualifications/Competences
What do You bring as Junior Operational Excellence Manager

  • Education University degree, preferably in engineering Mechanical ,Electrical ,Chemical Industrial Engineering
  • Experience Minimum 6-10 years of Manufacture operation, understand the whole tools of TPM, Lean manufacture, six sigma
  • Understand Project Management
