Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang operasional workshop otomotif atau bisnis jasa sejenis.
  3. Memahami alur kerja bengkel/ workshop otomotif, termasuk proses pengerjaan wrapping, coating, dan pemasangan PPF.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan koordinasi tim
  5. Mampu membuat jadwal kerja teknisi, mengatur prioritas pekerjaan, serta memantau hasil pekerjaan harian.
  6. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik.
  7. Mampu menggunakan komputer dasar (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Form/Sheet).
  8. Bersedia bekerja secara full time di lokasi workshop area Tangerang/Cipondoh.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Mengatur dan mengawasi operasional harian workshop, termasuk jadwal pengerjaan kendaraan, kesiapan tim teknisi, dan ketersediaan material.
  2. Mengkoordinasikan komunikasi antara pelanggan, teknisi, dan admin agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai jadwal dan standar kualitas.
  3. Memastikan hasil pekerjaan (wrapping, coating, PPF) sesuai dengan standar kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan.
  4. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap stok bahan dan kebutuhan operasional (film, coating, alat, dan perlengkapan kerja).
  5. Membuat laporan harian/mingguan terkait kegiatan workshop, jumlah kendaraan yang dikerjakan, dan progres pekerjaan.
  6. Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk meningkatkan branding awareness dan traffic pelanggan ke workshop.
  7. Memonitor feedback pelanggan dan memberikan solusi cepat jika terjadi komplain atau ketidaksesuaian hasil pekerjaan.
  8. Mengusulkan ide perbaikan operasional untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan.
  9. Mengatur kebersihan, kerapian, dan keamanan area kerja agar lingkungan kerja tetap nyaman dan profesional.
  10. Melatih dan mengarahkan teknisi baru terkait prosedur kerja dan standar pelayanan pelanggan.
