Jakarta Multicultural School (JMS) is seeking a dedicated and organized Operational Supervisor to oversee the school's daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across multiple support departments. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of General Affairs (GA) staff, including Facilities, Helpers, and Security, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout the school.
  • Oversee IT staff in maintaining technology infrastructure, ensuring all systems, hardware, and connectivity are running smoothly to support academic and administrative functions.
  • Supervise Procurement and Inventory operations, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with school policies.
  • Monitor and support the Librarian in maintaining an organized and student-friendly library environment.
  • Supervise the School Nurse to ensure effective implementation of school health programs and emergency response readiness.
  • Ensure all operational departments follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance Departments on budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance planning.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on operational matters to the Head of School.
  • Lead or support special events (e.g., Open House, Accreditations, School Programs) by coordinating facilities, logistics, and staff readiness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office, operations, or facilities supervision (preferably in an educational or service-oriented institution).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
