Role Description

This full-time Supervisor role is based on-site at our Tangerang location. As a Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure team efficiency, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include managing workflows, mentoring team members, addressing operational challenges, and assisting in goal-setting and performance evaluation. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while aligning team efforts with organizational objectives.
