MEGAZE COFFEE is a coffee brand by PT Teman Teman Mimpi, a Korean F&B company operating in Indonesia. We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Shift Supervisor.

Role Description

  • Oversee daily café operations
  • Manage and supervise staff performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and overall café presentation
  • Handle inventory management and stock control
  • Monitor, analyze, and boost cafe sales performance
  • Plan and implement promotional activities to increase sales
  • Train and onboard new employees
  • Address and resolve customer feedback or complaints promptly

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food & beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Skilled in inventory management and sales optimization
  • Proven ability to drive and increase sales results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Fast, proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to be placed at AEON BSD
