Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Butcher to join our Frozen Food team. The role involves handling various types of meat products, ensuring proper preparation, cutting, portioning, and packaging according to company standards. You will also support the store team when needed, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and product quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily meat processing tasks including cutting, trimming, slicing, and portioning frozen meat products.
  • Ensure all meat products are handled hygienically and stored at proper temperatures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the working area, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist the frozen food store team with restocking, packing, or customer service when required.
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards consistently.
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Support inventory organization and proper labeling of products.
Qualifications
  • Able to communicate in English (basic is acceptable).
  • Experienced or familiar with meat handling and butchery tasks.
  • Clean, hygienic, and disciplined in maintaining work standards.
  • Honest, dependable, and responsible.
  • Willing to assist the frozen store team for operational needs.
  • Able to work efficiently and follow standard procedures.
  • Physically fit to handle frozen products and cold storage environments.
  • Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
