About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales staff to support our Frozen Food business. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, understands customer needs, and can actively expand market reach in targeted areas.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the frozen food industry
  • Strong understanding of sales areas, potential outlets, and market opportunities
  • Good knowledge of various frozen food products
  • Able to communicate in English (basic to intermediate)
  • Friendly, outgoing, and good at building relationships
  • Able to drive a car or motorcycle (SIM A or SIM C preferred)
  • Willing to travel and work in the field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet sales targets
Responsibilities:
  • Actively conduct field sales and approach potential customers/outlets
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer database
  • Promote and explain frozen food products to potential buyers
  • Monitor stock, collect orders, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis in assigned areas
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the management
  • Assist in marketing promotions and product sampling when needed
  • Ensure good customer relationships and handle customer concerns professionally
