We are looking for a Facility Supervisor (Civil) who can oversee building maintenance, civil works, and project execution, including preparing accurate Bills of Quantity (RAB) and managing vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and civil-related improvement works.
  • Prepare RAB (Bill of Quantity) and ensure cost accuracy based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors during civil works.
  • Inspect facilities and identify structural or maintenance issues.
  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards.
  • Report project progress, cost updates, and potential risks to Management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related major.
  • Minimum 5–7 years experience in facility operations or civil project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of building structure, materials, and civil maintenance.
  • Able to prepare RAB and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
