We are seeking a Facility Supervisor (Electrical) who will handle electrical systems, MEP operations, and facility maintenance, ensuring all equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain electrical systems, including LV/MV panels, gensets, and MEP equipment.
  • Supervise troubleshooting, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Handle inspection, testing, and calibration of electrical installations.
  • Coordinate contractors/vendors for electrical and MEP-related works.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, electrical standards, and company SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance records and equipment performance.
  • Support facility improvement projects related to power and electrical systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years experience in electrical/mechanical facility operations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, MEP, and safety standards.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and reading electrical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple on-site activities.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
