Job Description:

• Primary owner of SLA for BMS and CPOS monitoring.
• Performs daily monitoring of alarms, sensors, and LOCC visibility
• Coordinates and escalates issues with vendors (BMS/CPOS)
• Prepares incident reports and operational documentation for SLA audits
• Develops and implements IoT, PLC, and automation solutions
• Leads innovation automation project
• Acts as the owner of SLA for predictive and automation systems
• Responsible for Proof of Concept (PoC) development of new automation solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or IT Automation-related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Building Management System (BMS), automation, or control systems—preferably in data center, industrial, or critical facility environments.
• Hands-on experience with BMS operation, commissioning, and maintenance (Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Delta, Johnson Controls, etc.).
• Ability to interpret BMS logic diagrams, control sequences, and trend data.
• Familiarity with API or middleware integration for remote data exchange.
• Strong ability to monitor system performance, identify abnormalities, and take corrective action.
• Proactive, responsible, and reliable under operational and project-based timelines.
• Willing to learn and adapt to cross-functional automation projects (AI, IoT, Predictive, DCIM).
• Experience in multi-building facility integration or remote monitoring systems (RBMS) is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Cibitung
