Position: MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

Team Size: 18 Members

Department: Manufacturing Engineering – Facilities (Mechanical & Electrical)

Reports To: Senior Engineer → Local HOD


Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and technical management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the plant (including HVAC, compressed air, water supply, and drainage).
  2. Review design drawings, material selection, and construction plans for MEP projects to ensure compliance with standards and project needs.
  3. Supervise and participate in installation, commissioning, and acceptance of MEP systems and equipment.
  4. Develop and manage inspection schedules, maintenance plans, and emergency procedures.
  5. Conduct fault analysis and energy optimization to ensure efficient and stable system operation.
  6. Support automation and monitoring system improvements for production and facilities.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (civil, electrical, and automation) to ensure seamless project execution.
  8. Manage and evaluate contractors and vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related fields

Personal Requirements:

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (native) and English (fluent); Mandarin (fluent) is a must

Technical Competencies:

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, common fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, HVAC/MEP design software, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability in system analysis, energy efficiency, and project supervision
  • Experience in small-scale modification design, cost estimation, and construction management is a plus
  • Willing to travel or support overseas plants when required

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant engineering backgrounds are welcome
