About the Role

This is not a desk job.

You'll be on the ground — in the warehouse, with the logistics team, sometimes talking directly to customers.

You'll see exactly how a brand's promise becomes a real experience: how accuracy, speed, and care define whether customers trust us or not.

You'll be building the invisible system that keeps our promises real — the fulfillment backbone of a brand customers can rely on.

Over time, you'll become the person who knows exactly how things move, where they break, and how to make them better.

You'll learn by doing, improving, and experimenting — even with AI and automation tools — to make every process faster, cleaner, and more reliable.

If you want to understand how real companies grow — not from PowerPoint, but from the ground — this is your arena.

If you only want to manage from a distance, this isn't for you.

You'll work directly with the CEO to make fulfillment, supply chain, and customer experience smoother, faster, and more trustworthy — through action, data, and continuous improvement.


What You'll Do
  • Be hands-on in daily warehouse operations: packing, labeling, stock check, and shipment coordination.
  • Track and improve fulfillment accuracy, delivery time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle delivery and service issues with empathy, speed, and full ownership.
  • Maintain clear, structured dashboards or trackers to support decisions.
  • Find weak points in process flow and fix them — permanently.
  • Use data and AI tools to automate or simplify repetitive work.
  • Ensure that every product received by the customer reflects care, precision, and credibility.
