We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to join our client's fast-growing operations in Periuk (Tangerang). This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership abilities, solid warehouse management experience, and fluency in Mandarin to support cross-functional coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Willing to be based in Tangerang and work flexible hours if needed
  • Previous experience in an e-commerce or logistics company
  • Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and delivery platforms
  • Knowledge of lean warehousing practices and KPIs tracking.
