About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrator to join our team at Lucky More Indonesia. As a full-time position based in La Riviera PIK 2, this role will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with our growing e-commerce operations. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our online sales channels and providing excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Handling customer inquiries and orders through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
- Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Generating and analysing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery of products
- Providing administrative support to the e-commerce and sales teams as needed
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce systems and processes
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar e-commerce or customer service role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (tiktok, shopee,lazada), Capcut software, Canva software, and Microsoft Office suite
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends
