Responsibilities:
As Korean native, you will:
- Lead and/ or assist with acquisition projects as necessary by preparing business/ commercial/ technical proposals
- Responsible RFI and RFQ preparations by leading the acquisition team to make quotations
- Identify potential opportunities to expand OPmobility business in EU including new customers, partnerships etc.
- Execute market and product analysis to identify future market opportunities for OPmobility products
- Responsible for gate review preparation for acquisition projects
- Lead, plan and execute special assignments from the SU Group
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Manage any and all matters specific to your customers by assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Identify and grow opportunities within existing customers and collaborate with project/ plant teams to ensure growth attainment
- Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage customer contracts and negotiate price agreements to maximize profit
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, annual forecasts etc.) and prepare reports on account status
Competences:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in sales and business development of which 5+years experiences in automotive parts companies
- Very organized, strong analytical skills
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Experien in a multi-cultural environment is advantageous
- High motivation to support steady business growth
- Committed team player with motivational drive, flexible and dynamic approach
