How did it all start? Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

  • Assist in monitoring regulatory updates, maintaining compliance tracking systems, and conducting research on applicable laws.
  • Help review, compare and revise corporate agreements while maintaining the legal document database.
  • Assist with tasks related to legal research, employment law, and risk management processes.
  • Organize legal files, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and provide general administrative support to the legal team.
Requirement
  • Minimal Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable University or equivalent
  • Strong legal knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft office and legal research tools.
  • Prior internship or exposure to corporate legal or litigation work is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information effectively.
  • Committed to an internship of minimum 3 months
