About The Role

This role will be part of the legal and compliance team and will be responsible to assist the Litigation team for litigation needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring Litigation documents
  • Preparing the administrative needs of the Litigation Team
  • Assist in conducting Warning Letters or Response Letter related to Litigation matters
  • Assist in filing and monitoring the Litigation Projects database
  • Support the Litigation team for Hearings and LAPS document needs

Requirements

  • Active undergraduate law student (7th or 8th semester) or recent graduate with a law degree;
  • Familiar with business law, commercial law, criminal and civil procedure law with good legal search and legal writing skills;
  • Familiarity with the financial sectors;
  • Good public, speaking and communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills are a plus;
  • Strong academic reports and work experience are a plus.
