QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Have a prior legal internship experience
  • Strong interest in both corporate/commercial law and litigation/dispute resolution
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in conducting legal research, legal due diligence, and document review for both corporate transactions and litigation matters
  • Support in drafting legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, pleadings, and internal reports
  • Assist Associates in preparing for client meetings, court proceedings, and regulatory submissions
  • Help coordinate and organize case files, evidence, contracts, and other legal documentation
  • Observe and take notes in court hearings, negotiations, and internal discussions as needed
  • Collaborate with Associates and/or Partners on legal analysis and strategic advisory work
