-Planning, organizing, and coordinating the work of the production department.

-Ensuring compliance with production technologies and standards, and guaranteeing high-quality execution at all project stages.

-Managing and overseeing the installation of structures at construction sites; coordinating work with subcontractors.

-Liaising with local material suppliers and monitoring the quality of purchased goods.

-Developing and implementing measures to improve production processes, optimize costs, and increase efficiency.

-Preparing reports and participating in production budget planning.

-Training and developing production department staff, including local professionals.
