Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan Min. S1 di Marketing, Bisnis, Komunikasi (Jurusan lain diperbolehkan).
  • Min. 5 tahun di bidang yang sama dan pengalaman 3 tahun di posisi yang sama.
  • Melampirkan portofolio project/campaign yang pernah berhasil dikerjakan dan terukur.
  • Memahami dasar Strategi Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding dan Analytics (Graphic design menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Komunikatif, strategis, analitis dan proaktif.
  • Kreatif, fleksibel dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan riset pasar dan kompetitor secara komprehensif untuk mengidentifikasi tren, peluang, dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
  • Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan rencana pemasaran strategis yang selaras dengan tujuan dan sasaran bisnis perusahaan.
  • Bertanggungjawab dalam laporan berkala untuk menilai efektivitas campaign dan mengoptimalkan aktivitas pemasaran di masa mendatang.
  • Melakukan evaluasi dalam strategi branding/campaign secara berkala.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan departemen internal: Sales dan Business Development untuk memaksimalkan penjualan.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan peluang pertumbuhan dalam pemasaran digital, media sosial, dan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan kehadiran merek secara online.
