About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor who will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, responsible for leading the sales department and supporting daily operations, ensuring successful company targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create quotation and prepare documentation for customer requests.
  • Handle preparation of new model projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales team activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor and report sales activities including calls flows, call queues and any other form of activities, ensuring compliance with company stand.
  • Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to track performance indicators.
  • Maintain good communication with customers and provide solutions based on their needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in in any major.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Japanese language skills are an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be domiciled in Cikarang or nearby area.
