Kami membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Director of Strategy & Fundraising, yang akan bertanggung jawab menyusun strategi bisnis korporasi dan mengelola pendanaan untuk pengembangan proyek-proyek perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi bisnis jangka menengah dan panjang perusahaan.
  • Mengembangkan rencana penggalangan dana (fundraising) melalui bank, investor, atau mitra strategis.
  • Melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi dan menyusun model finansial proyek.
  • Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan investor, lembaga keuangan, dan regulator.
  • Menyusun strategi ekspansi bisnis dan peluang pengembangan portofolio proyek.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan Direksi lain (Finance, Project, Marketing) dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis.
  • Mewakili perusahaan dalam presentasi ke pihak eksternal dan forum investasi.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Ekonomi, Keuangan, Manajemen, atau Teknik Sipil/Arsitektur.
  • S2 (MBA, Finance, atau Strategic Management) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Pengalaman minimal 10–15 tahun di industri property / real estate / investasi.
  • Pernah menjabat sebagai Head of Strategy, Director of Investment, atau Director of Fundraising.
  • Memiliki rekam jejak sukses dalam memperoleh pendanaan proyek properti.
  • Mampu melakukan analisis investasi dan memahami struktur pembiayaan proyek.
  • Memiliki jejaring luas dengan bank, investor institusional, venture capital, dan mitra bisnis.
  • Kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan negosiasi yang sangat baik.
  • Memiliki integritas tinggi, berpikir strategis, dan berorientasi hasil.
