Job Title: Villa Manager

Lagoon Properties and Management

Department: Operations – Villa Management

Location: Kuta Lombok, Indonesia

Reports to: Operations Manager / General Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Relations & Experience

  • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
  • Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly and effectively, every day
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and maintaining a service-first mindset
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and any in-stay communications smoothly

2. Villa Operations Oversight

  • Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and presentation at all times
  • Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure all standards are met
  • Coordinate housekeeping schedules and supervise their work
  • Ensure all supplies and amenities are well-stocked and maintained

3. Maintenance Coordination

  • Identify and report any technical or maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow up with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting when necessary

4. Staff Supervision & Team Collaboration

  • Lead, motivate, and support villa staff (housekeepers, gardener, security, etc.)
  • Ensure clear task allocation and accountability for all team members
  • Facilitate regular team communication and support training needs
  • Report team performance or concerns to the operations manager

5. Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate daily logs (guest information, issue reporting, maintenance follow-ups, etc.)
  • Assist with stock and inventory checks for villa amenities, linen, cleaning products, etc.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate important updates to the management team

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or property management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of housekeeping and maintenance operations
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve problems quickly
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and service-oriented

Working Conditions:
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends or public holidays as required
  • Based on-site or within proximity to the assigned villa(s)
