Key Responsibilities

  • Manage villa listings across e-commerce platforms (Airbnb, , direct website)

  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and digital strategy to boost occupancy and revenue

  • Oversee daily villa operations: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/out, and team coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay

  • Handle guest communication via chat, email, and phone with empathy and professionalism

  • Resolve guest issues and requests with a premium hospitality approach

  • Prepare monthly performance reports (occupancy, revenue, guest reviews)

  • Develop SOPs for operations and guest communication to improve team efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or e-commerce

  • Familiarity with OTA platforms, PMS systems, and digital marketing tools

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
