We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Villa Manager to oversee daily operations of a private luxury villa. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experience, manage staff, maintain the property, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Villa Operations

  2. Oversee daily operations of the villa

  3. Ensure property is well- maintained, clean and functioning

  4. Supervise housekeeping, gardening, security, and maintenance

  5. Staff Management

  6. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage villa staff

  7. Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline

  8. Conduct regular meetings with staff

  9. Guest Services

  10. Ensure VIP-level hospitality services

  11. Handle guest in & out

  12. Manage guest requests and complaints professionally

  13. Maintenance & Inventory

  14. Schedule routine maintenance and inspections

  15. Manage the guest menu list and liaise with the chef and staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional guest experience

  16. Track and restock supplies

  17. Financial & Administrative Duties

  18. Manage villa budget and expenses

  19. Handle petty cash and invoices
  20. Prepare operational reports

Requirements:

Must-Have

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in villa/hotel/property management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills (English is required; Bahasa Indonesia preferred; Mandarin is a plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
