Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Food & Beverages (F&B). The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee sales team performance and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including developing sales strategies and managing sales targets
  • Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the F&B industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
