Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – VIP Villas & Wellness Resort

Base salary + performance-based commission and annual increment with unlimited earning potential.

Location: Mengalung, Kuta Lombok, Lombok Tengah (Hybrid: 3 days onsite + 2 days work from home will be allowed each week)

Job Description:

VIP Villas & Wellness Resort is a new, fast-growing wellness destination in Kuta Lombok, including a VIP spa, restaurant (The Vibe), VIP gym, and private VIP villas. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead all marketing campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and business development for the entire resort.

The ideal candidate already has proven experience marketing restaurants, spas, wellness facilities, gyms, or property/hospitality businesses in Lombok.

You must be able to professionally grow our:

  • Social media
  • Website and blog traffic
  • Search ranking
  • Run paid Google and Meta ads
  • Build strong collaborations with hotels/restaurants/businesses in Lombok
  • Handle email marketing
  • Handle Instagram, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • You will be fully responsible for driving sales and customer growth across all resort facilities through planning and execution.

This is a full-time role with hybrid flexibility (partly onsite, partly work-from-home).

Compensation includes a base salary + performance-based commission with unlimited earning potential.

The more revenue you grow, the more you earn. Also, annual salary increments are tied to performance.
