About the Restaurant:

The Vibe Restaurant is located inside VIP Villas & Wellness Resort in Mengalung, Kuta, Lombok. The restaurant serves mainly guests from our five villas, spa, and VIP Gym, offering healthy, fresh, and international-style dishes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Cook who is experienced in preparing:

  • Western breakfasts (omelettes, avocado toast, smoothie bowls)
  • Healthy salads and chicken/salmon bowls
  • Pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, and pastas

You will work as part of a small team (3 cooks, 2 waiters, 2 baristas).

All cooks share duties — preparing dishes, keeping the kitchen clean, and helping with inventory.

Requirements:

  • Experience cooking both healthy and Western-style dishes
  • Able to work in a small, team-based kitchen
  • Willing to handle multiple duties (cooking, cleaning, stock)
  • Basic English speaking ability
  • Already located in Lombok

Location: The Vibe Restaurant – Mengalung, Kuta, Lombok

Work schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week

Tentang Pekerjaan:

Kami mencari Koki yang berpengalaman memasak:

  • Sarapan ala Barat (omelet, avocado toast, smoothie bowl)
  • Salad sehat dan chicken/salmon bowl
  • Pizza, sandwich, burger, dan pasta

Anda akan bekerja dalam tim kecil (3 koki, 2 pelayan, 2 barista).

Semua koki bekerja sama dalam memasak, menjaga kebersihan dapur, dan melakukan inventaris bahan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Berpengalaman memasak makanan sehat dan ala Barat
  • Dapat bekerja dalam tim kecil
  • Bersedia melakukan berbagai tugas (memasak, membersihkan, stok bahan)
  • Dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris dasar
  • Berdomisili di Lombok

Lokasi: The Vibe Restaurant – Mengalung, Kuta, Lombok

Jadwal kerja: Penuh waktu, 6 hari/minggu
